This is a great bit. But it isn’t the BEST line in the movie. Because that is obviously the Scary/Sexy Top!Jareth monologue:

J: Sarah, beware. I have been generous up ‘til now. I can be cruel.

S: Generous? What have you done that’s generous?

J: Everything! Everything that you wanted I have done. You asked that the child be taken. I took him. You cowered before me, I was frightening. I have reordered time. I stand corrected.  Absolutely.  That part’s a gusher.  Doesn’t matter if you’re into guys or girls, the D or s part of D/s, it can be made to work 100%.
